Customer had tried many times to unlock his iPhone with the wrong passcode, and as a result the device was locked solid.
Here we see iTunes being used to help reset the iPhone. £10 charged

Note: If you have an iPhone and don’t have a recent backup of it, then I would recommend you do so.
In this instance the owner had never taken a backup of the phone, so all the data on it (although not much, thankfully) was lost. The contacts were thankfully stored on the SIM card so they weren’t lost. Phew!
